Logo Use Policy

The Children's Grief Awareness Day logo and the image of HOPE the Butterfly (in connection with the Holding On To HOPE campaign) were developed by the Highmark Caring Place.

The Caring Place encourages any organization or individual to use the Children's Grief Awareness Day logo for any activity related to Children's Grief Awareness Day. The HOPE image can be used in conjunction with Children's Grief Awareness Day as well as for any activity, event, or personal message of "hope" for a grieving person or family.

In general, the logo and butterfly image may be used as widely as possible to raise awareness of the grief of children and/or to communicate a positive message of support to those who are grieving. Examples include but are not limited to use on printed material, merchandise, or websites.

Consistency of usage is necessary in order to maximize the effectiveness of the logo identity and brand of both images and maintain and preserve their integrity.

The use of this logo is permitted without charge and without explicit permission. By using the Children's Grief Awareness Day logo and/or the HOPE the butterfly image, you agree to the following guidelines.
